The determination of what professional services are covered by your plan can only be determined by your insurance carrier. It is your obligation to know what benefits and limitations exist with your specific insurance plan. We will assist you in any way that we can to get this information for you if you are unable to do so. Our staff, and our associated billing and insurance coding professionals, will do their best to optimize your insurance benefits. You are responsible for any fees related to services and materials rendered that are not covered by your insurance company.

If you have a complaint or question you want addressed (like floaters, cataracts, diabetes, irritation, allergies, dry eyes), this will bill as MEDICAL, not vision.

If we find a medical reason for vision changes, this will bill as medical.

Vision discount plans, like VSP, Davis, EyeMed, & Spectera, limit your options and dictate your choices, so we've decided to make it as freeing and easy as we can for you :-)

With us, you get 1-hour vision appointments with Dr. Bhat, frame lines exclusive to our office and from small businesses, NO AIR PUFF, digital images inside your eyes, and advanced medical equipment at our fingertips. You also have FREEDOM to choose from any frame or lens, and we can use our exceptional lab.
